Emerald Bay Equity principals, and our development partners, overcame site access challenges to create a new retail hub at the southern end of the Tri-Cities market. This 14 acre development features an unbeatable line up of retailers, such as, Home Depot, Walgreen’s, and Starbucks. This project opportunity on US HWY 395 was identified during our entitlement efforts for the adjacent Wal-Mart Supercenter.
