Emerald Bay Equity is focused on the redevelopment of under-utilized real estate to enhance our communities. Along with our investor partners, we have redeveloped sites throughout the western USA, bringing these properties into productive service for our tenants, neighbors and communities. We strive to fit our projects into local neighborhoods and are proud of the results, especially in the upper Queen Anne and Roosevelt neighborhoods of Seattle.

Our Story
Over the past 30 years, Emerald Bay Equity and its Principals have managed development risks on behalf of some of the most respected retailers in the United States, including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Starbucks, Safeway, Albertsons and Wells Fargo. We have also partnered with instritutional investors such as RREEF and many local banks. Our ability to work with these discerning users and our engagement with our local communities differentiates Emerald Bay Equity from other development companies. We believe that our relationships with these groups are a legacy of our straight forward, hands-on approach.
