Seven Hills

The Details

During the early settlement of Seattle, the town was famous for its multitude of hills. Similar to Rome, Seattle became known as the city of Seven Hills - Queen Anne being the tallest of these. The 7 Hills project was designed to complement the nearby Eden Hill and Sweetbrier projects recently completed by Emerald Bay Equity. The building includes 57 luxury apartment units over 8,000 square feet of street level retail with 65 underground parking stalls. 7 Hills is located just south of the Eden Hill project.
