The Details

Development of a 26,000 SF retail center in Covington’s downtown core. This project brought restaurants and other shops to this community. Cross access, infrastructure extension, and challenging jurisdictional requirements were major hurdles that were overcome by the EBE team. Tenants include Starbucks, Panda Express, The Rock Wood Fired Pizza, Sleep Country, and others.
